How do shipping and returns work?

Many of our items are made to order through trusted production partners, including Ninja POD. Production and shipping times may vary, and tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.

Because made-to-order items are created specifically for each customer, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, color choice, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and help make it right.
